Wilson Kamau, a runner of marathons and 10 km in Kenya and Europe since 2007, is running for orphans. Every weekend he travels to Nyahururu, 186 km from Nairobi, to provide for their needs. He brings food and check their daily needs. Next to running he is also managing a hair salon to make extra money. His plans for the future are to build for these vulnerable children a better home and make them a vegetable garden. “There is more happiness in giving than in receiving. And much joy in taking care of them.” Your reporter is Vivian Awour.
